Auberge Les Liards are a green and ecofriendly place, with ecological management, organic and local food, and fair trade products. The guesthouse was rebuilt from the ruins of the old Les Liards farm keeping its original architecture.
Use of traditional and non-polluting materials such as chalk, wood, stone, loam and natural pigments are the heart of the construction here.
