As outlined at the Cape Town Conference on Responsible Tourism in 2002, we are all responsible for delivering on our promise of more Responsible Tourism. By that, we need to:

“make better places for people to live in and better places for people to visit.”

In a nutshell, Responsible Tourism requires that operators, hoteliers, governments, local people, and tourists take responsibility, and part of our goal at Five-leaf system is to help hoteliers and suppliers work together to reach those goals.
