Yoga & massages are offered here and in the mornings, the food is delicious; organic, locally sourced, home-made, brunch-style, vegetarian breakfast buffet. Special dietary needs such as, vegan & gluten-free are fully accommodated.
Towels, slippers, bathrobes, and most bedding are made from organic cotton and the site uses organic/bio-degradable cleaning supplies laundry detergent. All laundry is hung our to dry. Use of filtered/tested well water and energy-efficient appliances/light bulbs are installed throughout, while recycling, compost, and maintenance of an organic garden and a low-chemical swimming pool are continual. The Quinta supports small, local shops, artisans, restaurants and regional organic farmers. They are also supporters of Slow Food (www.slowfood.com) believing in good, clean, locally & fairly produced, foods and products.
